Mind Online is not a Crisis Service. If you are in crisis ( either as a couple or individual, please seek proper support)

I offer psychotherapy services for individuals and couples, creating a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore challenges, deepen self-awareness, and work toward meaningful personal goals. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered.

With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field prior to completing my graduate studies, I bring a well-rounded background to my psychotherapy practice. I have worked extensively in crisis support, case management, and system navigation, supporting both youth and adults through a variety of complex life experiences. Through my work in crisis intervention, I’ve seen firsthand how essential it is to support both the body and the mind in the healing process — this is why I take a holistic approach to therapy. These roles have shaped my understanding of the diverse needs individuals face and have equipped me to provide grounded, empathetic care.

My therapeutic work is grounded in a holistic, trauma-informed lens of support to the whole person and integrative healing. Some of the modalities I draw from include nervous system work, somatic practices, attachment-based therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work.

Psychotherapy can support clients in navigating life transitions, managing stress and anxiety, addressing relationship challenges, improving self-esteem, and enhancing emotional well-being. Sessions are tailored to help you develop insight, build coping strategies, and move forward in alignment with your values.

As a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in Ontario, I am authorized to practise psychotherapy under the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA). This means I can support you not only through talk therapy and emotional processing, but also through clinically informed strategies aimed at addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.

If you’re looking for a safe and grounded space to reflect, grow, and take meaningful steps forward, I’d be honoured to work with you.

Ashley Mariani is a seasoned Registered Social Worker , Sex and Relationship Coach, Nervous System Expert, 3X Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Sound and Energy Practitioner, Ordained Reverend, and Physiology First Coach. Ashley takes a rogue approach to therapy: no BS, no wasting time, real results grounded in neuroscience, neuropsychology, and body-based practices.

Ashley helps individuals and couples learn their nervous systems, deepen intimacy, and reclaim their power. The approach is direct, effective, and honours the whole person; mind, body, and spirit.

Ashley’s modalities are eclectic by design. She doesn’t drink the koolaid of just one approach because building a strong therapeutic relationship matters more than any single method. The work draws from multiple disciplines to meet clients where they are and give them what actually works.

Ashley works collaboratively alongside other holistic practitioners, recognizing that healing often requires an integrative team approach. Whether through breathwork, energy work, sound healing, or nervous system education, the work is science-backed, spiritually grounded, and unapologetically honest.

Ashley has shared expertise on over a dozen podcasts, presented at the Reclaiming Birth Conference, and made guest appearances in private containers speaking on couples work, sexuality, nervous system education , and Birth Rights advocacy.
