I offer counselling services for individuals and couples, creating a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore challenges, strengthen self-awareness, and work toward meaningful personal goals. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered.

With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring a well-rounded background to my counselling practice. I have worked extensively in crisis support, case management, and system navigation, supporting both youth and adults through a variety of complex life experiences. These roles have shaped my understanding of the diverse needs individuals face and have equipped me to provide grounded, empathetic care.

Counselling supports clients in navigating life transitions, managing stress and anxiety, addressing relationship concerns, improving self-esteem, and enhancing emotional well-being. Sessions are goal-oriented and focused on helping you develop insight, build coping skills, and move forward in alignment with your values.

Please be aware that I do not offer psychotherapy services as I am not registered to do so. Counselling and Psychotherapy are distinct in a regulatory context in Ontario. Under the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA), psychotherapy is defined as the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders using psychotherapeutic techniques, and is a controlled act restricted to certain regulated professionals.

In contrast, counselling does not include diagnosis or the clinical treatment of mental disorders. It offers emotional support, practical guidance, and strategies to address current challenges and promote personal growth.

Please note that I am not registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and therefore do not hold the title of “social worker.” I will be in the process of attaining my professional registration following my graduation. My services are offered exclusively within the scope of counselling.

If you’re looking for a supportive and grounded space to reflect, grow, and take meaningful steps forward, I’d be honoured to work with you.
